Turkeytime

Forstots (Corinne’s mom and brother, David) and Burkes (my mom) came in from Michigan, Massachusetts, and Kansas (respectively) to celebrate Thanksgiving. And both of our mom’s birthdays. Cathy was in the mix too, which was awesome. Good times below..

So i bought this [thing] from eBay a few months ago. Something to go with my (now possibly aborted) Halloween costume. The item came in a reasonable enough package..

..enough so that i didn’t really think anything of it until i glanced at it again the other day.

Begin the begin

Often, it seems like the weekend doesn’t officially begin until breakfast on saturday. It’s especially helpful when said breakfast includes a spinach frittata, fresh lemon water, and a second helping of french press.

Life is good.
